School Programmes – We Bring Space to You

NATIONWIDE
Is your classroom ready to board a spaceship? Okay, it’s actually a big inflatable dome, but once inside, it feels like you’re in space. Our Mars Blueberry Planetarium is New Zealand’s only round, blue, portable spaceship-of-learning—and we’ve taken it to over 150 schools so far.

Perfect for

Schools (primary and secondary), kura kaupapa, STEM days, and any class ready to explore—from Matariki to Mars—without leaving the school grounds. And we have even visited a university or two.

Science meets storytelling—with your school at the centre.

We bring the Universe to your school hall inside The Mars Blueberry. It’s hands-on, minds-on, and guaranteed to wow your tamariki.

Whether you’re covering the solar system, navigating by the stars, Matariki, or just want to spark some wide-eyed wonder, this programme is ideal for curious classes, science weeks, STEM clubs, and schools wanting a memorable, curriculum-aligned space experience—without leaving the school grounds.

What we do:

  • Custom planetarium shows (that wow and fit inside a hall and sometimes even a classroom) for Years 1–13
  • Mars rover races (because driving a robot is always fun)
  • Astrobiology, planetary science, and the search for life
  • Real scientists answering real kid questions (even the wild ones)
